We know that purchasing a spinning wheel is a big commitment. We also strive to continually improve our product line as we discover new engineering breakthroughs that make our spinning wheels even better.

We want customers to feel confident when purchasing our product. If you own a wheel that is no longer in production, we are happy and able to continue serving you for the lifetime of your spinning wheel. We keep all parts for all wheels in stock, and we can even tune-up an old wheel to make it spin like new! 


30 Day Refund Policy

Contact us prior to sending your return so that we can issue a return authorization to you. Cost of shipping back to SpinOlution is your responsibility. Any return which originally received Free Shipping is subject to the original shipping cost being deducted from the return funds. International Refunds will not include the cost of International Shipping.

Upon receipt of your return it takes 5-10 business days to process your return and credit our account. The credit will be processed against the original form of payment to your dealer, then your dealer will refund you. All returns must include all original parts, packing material and be in new "resale" unopened condition. We will be unable to issue any type of refund after our 30-day guarantee has expired.

Fully Insured Shipping + 1 Year Warranty

Our warranty on all spinning wheels and parts is 1 year from date of product receipt and covers everything except wear parts. This is above and beyond our shipping insurance policy which will replace or repair any items that are broken in shipment.

It is our goal that your order(s) get to you safely. Every shipment is fully insured and our packaging meets the claim requirements of FedEx/USPS. Here is how to proceed with replacing items damaged in shipment.

Your dealer will send this to us to begin the claims process. We will communicate as we receive updates to resolve your order.
