Standard Kate

Traditionally known as a lazy kate, this rock-solid SpinOlution Kate is anything but lazy. Designed to hold bobbins up to 64 oz, it includes three 1/4" rods stored neatly in side pockets, each with an adapter to fit 3/8" bobbins, and requires no assembly.

With adjustable legs and a small footprint, the Kate can be placed on the floor for easy plying with all SpinOlution wheels. For the smoothest plying when attached, bobbins or plying threads work best on the outermost rods, keeping tension even and controlled.
